The Scarecrow Festival returns to the National Wildflower Centre in Court Hey Park on 6th & 7th July 2013 between 11am - 4pm. The Centre will be open for free over the festival weekend to allow visitors to see the fantastic creations made by schools and community groups from across Merseyside.

On both days the will be a selection of Vintage & Craft stalls to browse around and pick up a bargain.

On Saturday 6th there’ll be free workshops including mini scarecrow making and Great Outdoors planting plus a chance to see Steven Green and his rescued birds of prey.

Sunday 7th offers more Great Outdoors planting, a drumming workshop and a chance to bring wellies and join the Welly boot dancing.
